News of Partnership merger with Whiteheath Medical Centre
We are delighted to announce that on 1st April 2015, the GP Partnership running Regis Medical Centre, Carters Green Medical Centre and Oakham Surgery joined with the GP Partnership that runs Whiteheath Medical Centre.
Regis Medical Centre and Carters Green Medical Centre merged with Oakham Surgery on 1st April 2014.
Regis Medical Centre previously merged with Carters Green Medical Centre in West Bromwich on 29th June 2012.
The collective partnership is called Your Health Partnership.
Your Health Partnership will continue to run Regis Medical Centre, Carters Green Medical Centre, Oakham Surgery and Whiteheath Medical Centre as usual.
The partners from all four practices strongly believe that merging the Partnerships and working together now, and in the future with other practices, will help them to keep up the provision of high quality primary care services to their patients through the challenging times that lie ahead.
Working together creates economies of scale that make better use of the combined resources. A larger partnership allows doctors to provide an increased range of services within the three surgeries. This can reduce the number of trips to hospital for some patients and bring care for patients closer to home.
Your Health Partnership is committed to continuing to build on the values of high quality care, locally accessible, with honesty, efficiency and caring respect.
Please see Your Health Partnership Patients’ Charter for more details on our values and promises.
Your Health Partnership is committed to ensure that Patient involvement is central to the process of development of medical services. To this end we are keen to receive your feedback and hear of your experiences. We also invite you to attend your Practice Patient Participation Group. Please follow the links on the websites.
